Stephen Odey Thrilled To Win Second Title In Europe

Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Stephen Odey is enjoying his stay in Europe as he lifted his second trophies since moving to Europe, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Odey left Swiss side FC Zurich this summer for Belgium Jupiler league side RKC Genk and presently enjoying his moment in Belgium.

Genk on Sunday defeated Mechelen 3-0 in the Belgium Super cup with goals from Sebastian West and Dante Vanzeir.

Odey didn't play a part in the game but was excited after the club triumphed and make it two trophies for him.

"I count myself lucky to have lifted two major trophies under three years since moving to Europe.

First it was Swiss Cup with FC Zurich and now Belgian Super Cup," he wrote

The skilful striker left Nigeria professional league side MFM FC about 2 season ago for the Zurich where he made an impact in the team.
