Sunday Dare Charges Nigeria Para Athletes To Victory Ahead of Switzerland Qualifiers By Uche Dozie Nigeria's Sport Minister, Sunday Dare has assured Nigeria para athletes of Nigeria's support as they travel to Notwill, Switzerland for the para athletics Grand Prix, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The minister while speaking to them at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport before they jet out on Sunday, charged the team to do Nigeria proud. “Nigeria is solidly behind your bid for qualification for the Para- Athletics event in Notwil, Switzerland. There is no doubt about your abilities which you have always proved over the years. You must be worthy Ambassadors of our dear country by conducting yourselves very well to attain the best standards for Qualifiers." He further urged the athletes to be focused and work towards glory. "Don’t be distracted, Nigerians are solidly behind you. You have always made us proud and we are confident that you will not disappoint this time by reaching the qualification threshold. The Notwill Grand Prix which also serves as qualifiers for the 2020 Para Olympics later this year is scheduled to hold from 14th to 16th May, 2021.
