Super Eagles Camp Bubble As 5 Top Players Hit Abuja

In readiness for the 2021 African Nations Cup, five top players on Saturday have joined the earlier six players in the camp of the Super Eagles to increase the number in camp to eleven, BSNSports.com.ng can report.
FC Nantes of France forward, Moses Simon, Olympiacos of Greece winger, Henry Onyekuru, Slavia Praha forward, Peter Olayinka, Francis Uzoho, and Alanyaspor of Turkey defender, Chidozie Awaziem reported to Bolton White Hotel in Abuja on Saturday as team intensified preparations ahead of the competition in Cameroon.

The Super Eagles on its official Facebook page made this known when it posted on the page; "Update! Moses Simon is in. 11 players in camp. Moses Simon (FC Nantes, France), Francis Uzoho (AC Omonia, Cyprus), Henry Onyekuru (Olympiacos, Greece), Peter Olayinka(Slavia Praha, Czech Republic), Chidozie Awaziem (Alayanspor, Turkey), Chidera Ejuke (CSKA Moscow, Russia), Daniel Akpeyi (Kaizer Chiefs, South Africa), Sadiq Umar (UD Almeria, Spain), Olisa Ndah (Orlando Pirates, South Africa), John Noble (Enyimba FC), Taiwo Awoniyi (Union Berlin, Germany)."
The three-time African champions will lock horns with Egypt on January 11 before taking on Sudan and Guinea Bissau on January 15 and 19 respectively.
Super Eagles will leave Nigeria for Cameroon on January 5.
