Super Eagles Defender Set For Turkey Switch By Sampson Adedeji According to the reports emanating from Turkey, Super Lig giant Besiktas is on the verge of securing the services of Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem, BSNSports.com.ng can reports. The versatile defender is presently on loan with Portuguese Primera Liga side FC Boavista on loan from another side from Portugal FC Porto. The report has it that the loan fee of Awaziem to Boavista from Porto is €600,000 with an option to sign him permanently at the end of the season. If the deal is agreed Besiktas will have to cough out €4.4 million for the services of Nigerial international. Awaziem who was part of Nigeria's Super Eagle's team to the 2019 African Cup Of Nations in Egypt played 27 matches for Boavista this season. He has represented CD Leganes, Bursaspor, Nantes and some other clubs in the past before moving to Boavista.
