Super Eagles Forward Wins Club Player Of The Month For Second Time In A Row

Nigeria's Super Eagles CSKA Moscow forward Bright Ejuke continues his impressive showing this week as he was voted club player of the month for September, BSNsports.com.ng can report.

Despite coming up as substitute Ejuke was the cynosure of all eyes in Nigeria 0-2 win against the Central African Republic in the 2022 Qatar World Cup qualifier in Douala Cameroon.

The Moscow based club on Tuesday morning announced Ejuke as the winner of the award despite having opposition from Russian international goalkeeper Igor Akifeev.

According to the result of the fans vote, the Nigeria attacker garnered 55 percent of the vote to finish of the goalkeeper.

Ejuke won the man of the match award in the game against Arsenal Tula and Nizhny Novgorod also won the player of the month in August.

He has played 10 matches this season for the Russian side and has scored twice.
