I cried after Brazil's match - Okoye

Newly discovered Nigeria's Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has revealed how he felt immediately after Nigeria match against Brazil played at Kallang in Singapore.
BSN reports that Okoye replaced injured Francis Uzoho midway into the second stanza of the encounter after the later sustained a ligament injury,
Fortuna Dusserdolf II goaltender was able to keep a clean sheet despite facing pressure from world class Brazilian stars.
“I thank God for the team and the opportunity I’ve gotten to play for the national side of our beloved country. I cried after the game. I shed tears when I spoke to my father and brother.
"I didn’t expect to play, I was just sitting on the bench like the last time in Ukraine and I knew I’d have to wait for my chance. I didn’t know it will come so soon but things can be like that," he said
He further explained that he adored former Brazil and AC Milan goalkeeper Dida while growing up and stated how he felt about another Brazil goalkeeper Ederson who was in goal same day.
“I grew up watching Dida, he is a legend in Brazil and AC Milan and I felt great. I talked to Ederson and he is also one of my favourite goalkeepers. It’s crazy being on the same pitch with a goalkeeper you watch his videos on YouTube," he concluded.
Meanwhile, the 20 year old Germany based goalkeeper has declared his readiness to compete for shirt in the Dream Team VII that preparing for U23 African Cup of Nations in Egypt in November.
