By Ifeanyi Emmanuel Victor Osimhen will not be continuing his career at Belgian First Division A team Zulte-Waregem, allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed. Though there are claims that Wolfsburg could not reach an agreement with Zulte-Waregem on the purchase clause that would have been inserted into the striker's contract, the fact is the Nigeria national-teamer failed to convince manager Francky Dury at the end of tests which lasted for about one week. In 2017, Osimhen joined Wolfsburg from Ultimate Strikers Lagos for a transfer fee of three million euros. In 16 competitive appearances for the German Bundesliga club, he is still searching for his first goal.
