    Super Lig: Nwakaeme Seals Win For Trabzonspor       Sampson Adedeji     Nigeria's forward Anthony Nwakaeme continued his impressive performance in the Turkish Super log as he sealed another win for Trabzonspor, BSNsports.com.ng can report.   The former Hapoel Be'er Sheva netted twice in the club's last league match as Tranzonspor continued to mount a challenge for the title.   Trabzonspor played host to Kayserispor on Friday and went 0-2 down under 45th minute courtesy goals from Gravnovic and Thiam.   Visca halved the deficit for the home side in the 49th minute before Djaniny levelled the game in the 59th minute.   Nwakaeme sealed the maximum points in the 98th minute from the penalty spot and ensured a 3-2 win.
