Synergy Between NANPF, LMC And Club Chairmen Will Better Nigerian league....Edema Fuludu

Former Super Eagles forward, Edema Fuludu has said that cordial relationship between National Association of Nigerian Professional Footballers (NANPF), the League Management Company (LMC) and club chairmen will not only improve Nigerian league but also the living standard of players in the country bsn sports reports.
The director of finance of the Union, noted that cordial relationship have been existing between NANPF and LMC until the latter refused to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) which if signed has the capacity to transform the Nigerian league system.
"NANPF has been in cordial relationship with the League Management Company until the league body refused to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) which renders the Players Union financially handicap. Also, disallowed the players union to perform effectively in making sure Nigerian football players welfare packages improves."
He frowned at the way LMC football clubs maltreat their employees by owing them backlogs of salaries and allowances over the years as a routine and then the amount owed is exchanged inform of a piece of paper for transfer negotiation to the next club they are going.
"NANPF has been fighting for the rights of players over the years so that we can have a formidable system where players and officials get their salaries and allowances as at when due."
"LMC encourages all these evil act to linger on because a lot of litigations have gone through arbitration but judgement passed are always difficult to implement."
