Taye Taiwo Moves To Cypriot League

In order to continue his football sojourn, Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Taye Taiwo has moved to Cypriot League.

Former Lobi Stars player last played for Finland side Rops FC where made 60 appearances and scored twice, BSN Reports.

Cyprus first division side Doxa Katokopia announced the capture of the left foot bomber on Friday morning.

The 35 year old moved to Europe in 2005 and he has been able to play for 9 European clubs Marseille ( France), AC Milan ( Italy), QPR ( England), Dynamo Kyiv ( Ukraine) among others.

Taye has made 54 appearances for Nigeria and scored 8 goals.
