  Team FCT Poised For Podium Finish At 20th National Sports Festival - Luka Insists By Niyi Busari Acting Director, FCT Sports Department, Luka Istifanus has reiterated that Team FCT is in the 20th National Sports Festival in Benin City to be ranked among the best in the overall medals table. Giving an assessment in an interview with BSN Sports on the impressive performance of the state contingents so far in the Games tagged 'Edo 2020', he asserted that Team FCT were not in Benin to play second fiddle to any State. He said with the charge of Minister of FCT,  Mohammed Bello the nation's capital aimed at surpassing the 7th place finish by the State during the 2018 edition in Abuja, he added that the athletes and officials are fired up to clinch as many gold medals as possible. With Team FCT excelling in Judo, Karate and Dart, he stated that expectations are high for more medal haul in Athletics, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Football and other combat sports. The Director of Sports urged FCT residents to continue to support and pray for the team to excel as games contnues at  the 20th Sports Festival.
