  Togo: Claude Le Roy Announces His Departure By Sampson Adedeji Aftermath of failing to qualify Hawks of Togo for the 2021 African Cup Of Nations, head coach Claude Le Roy has announced his departure from the team, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Togolese senior men's team failed to secure qualification and were speculations that the French man has been relieved of his duties but the football federations quickly debunked the rumour. Till now there is no official communication from the federation over the departure of the 73 years old man who joined the team in 2016. Apart from Togo, Roy has handled many teams in the continent include Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, DR Congo etc. His successor will have the first mission to start the preparation for the start of the qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, next June. Togo is in Group H of qualifying alongside Senegal, Congo and Namibia.
