Tokyo 2020 Qualifier: Cote d'Ivoire storm Nigeria for Falcons

Ahead of the all important second leg of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic qualifier against Super Falcons, Cote d'Ivoire women national team has landed in Lagos for the crucial tie, BSNSports.com.ng understands.

BSN Sports reports that the first leg played last Thursday in Abidjan ended goalless, the result which put the current Africa champions, Falcons in the driving seat.

The team touched down in Lagos, Nigeria on Friday night and will resume preparations for second leg at the Agege stadium on Saturday evening.

The match is slated for Agege stadium on Monday with the winner over the two legs proceed to face winner between Cameroon and DR Congo for the final ticket.

Falcons will be looking to stage a return to the ancient Games after missing out in the last two editions.
