Tokyo 2020 Qualifier: Super Falcons depart for Cote d'Ivoire on Tuesday

The Nigeria senior women's national team, Super Falcons will look forward to continuing their quest for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games as they depart Cote d'Ivoire on Tuesday.

The nine-time African champions defeated Algeria in the last round of the qualifier, while Cote d'Ivoire ended the progress of Mali from picking the ticket to the ancient games.

The team which has been training in Abuja for the crucial match on Monday welcomed seven foreign based players that was invited to beef up the team.

The players include, Asisat Oshoala, Fransisca Ordega, Chidinma Okeke, Osinachi Ohale, Ngozi Okobi, Chinaza Uchendu and Rasheedat Ajibade .

The team will depart on Tuesday for Cote d'Ivoire ahead of the third round, first leg of the qualifying series at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium.
