Tokyo 2020 Qualifier: Super Falcons Thrash Algeria 2-0 In Bilda

Nigeria's Super Falcons started their Tokyo 2020 qualifying campaign on a winning note as they thrashed Algeria 2-0 in far away Bilda, Algerians home ground, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

BSN Sports reports that Super Falcons dominated the game and it paid off very early in the game as defender Ouadah scored against her team.

Amarachi Okonkwo compounded the woes of the hosts when she double the lead in the 52nd minute of the encounter with a well sticking range efforts.

All the efforts put up by the host to come back into the game was nullified by Nigeria defenders and goalkeeper Tochukwu Oluehi who also put up amazing display.

Nigeria will host the second leg at the Agege stadium in Lagos on September 3rd, 2019.
