Tornadoes to engage Katsina United in a Pre- Season friendly.

Arrangement has been concluded for a pre season friendly encounter between Niger Tornadoes and Npfl side Katsina United as the two teams prepare for the commencement of the new league season.

The match which is slated for 4pm at the Bako Kontagora Stadium this Sunday 29th of Sept, will be Tornadoes first match on home turf since the conclusion of last season.

The two teams have engaged in series of friendly matches, Niger Tornadoes took part and won the Gold Cup Tourney in Ilorin and also participated in the Governor Okowa Cup where the team lost gallantly in the Semifinals to Lobi Stars, while Katsina United on the other hand had been in Kaduna in the past couple of days for pre season tour, the Chanji Boys recently defeated Kada City 4-1 in one of the matches.
