Trabzonspor unveil Mikel, Pick No 12 jersey

With few days to the start of the 2019 Turkey Super Lig, Trabzonspor has unveiled their newly acquired former Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder and captain John Mikel Obi, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Mikel who signed a 2 year deal with the club in June resumed training last week ahead of the new season.

The club officially unveiled him on Saturday night and the player decided to go for number 12 jersey he wore while playing in English Premier league with Chelsea FC.

Mikel who spent last season with Middlesbrough in the English championship will need to concentrate on his game with Trabzonspor after he announced his international retirement after the conclusion of 2019 African Cup of Nations.
