Kabiru Sanusi whose goal against Nasarawa United in the matchday 11 of the 2019 NPFL lifted Kada City to 4th position on the log table received a sad call few minutes after the game at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna. According to a statement made available to BSNSports.com.ng by the team's former media officer, Jide Bodunde his daughter dies after a brief illness. The statement reads; "Kada City Striker, Kabiru Sanusi who netted the winning goal for Kada city in matchday 11 against Nasarawa United, lost his daughter, Hafsat Sanusi a few minutes ago after a brief illness." Bodunde told www.bsnsports.com.ng Kabiru scored in the 90th minute from the spot to edge the Solid Miners with 2-1advantage.
