U17 AFCON: We Dont Have Money For MRI Test, NFF Tells Golden Eaglets

BSN Sports scooped that Nigeria Football Federation has told Golden Eaglets technical crew that the Federation do not have money for the team to perform the MRI Test.
A source close to the federation and pleaded for anonymity disclosed to Basic Sports in Nigeria on Sunday in Abuja. According to the impeccable source who looked disturbed while narrating the story, the federation claimed not to have money to perform MRI test for not more than 25 players while Eaglets coach, Manu Garba has submitted the list of 60 players to the NFF.
"NFF told Golden Eaglets coaching crew that they dont have money to perform 60 players' MRI test. They said they can only afford money for 25 players." He told www.bsnsports.com.ng
On their part, according to the source, NFF claimed they are going through financial constraints and therefore cannot afford such amount to be spent on on MRI."
Meanwhile, Ghana's U17 national team had performed MRI test for about 100 players.
25 players picked from the lists of the submitted 60 players' list will form the provisional lists that will be sent to CAF ahead of the tournament.
