By Admin

Assistant coach of Nigeria’s U17 national team Nduka Ugbade has called on the NFF to motivate and help prepare the team well ahead of their outing at the 2019 FIFA U17 world cup.

Ugbade told footballlive.ng that the draws and pathway to the final have been known, but insists the only thing left is to get the all clear and camping arrangements sorted and possible commence preparation early.

“Key is preparation and very good motivation for the players because when you motivate the team very well, then their heart is settled to do battle,” Ugbade stressed.

“What happened at the U17 AFCON is not a good thing. We want to do everything humanly possible to know that we are clearly motivated and that we can go further to try to achieve something.

“Any moment from now, once situation from the NFF becomes clear, we will be talking about resuming camp.”

Brazil will host the U-17 World Cup and it is due to get underway in October 26.
