U17 World Cup: Ugbade Urges NFF To Allow Eaglets Resume Camping

By Admim

Nigeria’s U17 national team assistant coach Nduka Ugbade has stated that he hopes the Nigeria Football Federation help expedite action on the resumption of camping exercises to aid preparation for the FIFA U17 world cup which is now less than three months from now.

Ugbade speaking in a chat with brila.net confirmed that the team is yet to resume camping and that the earlier the team starts, the better for everyone so as to have good enough time to improve the team and prepare them to thoroughly be ready to compete as a contender rather than merely attending the competition.

“No, we have not resumed, not at all. The head coach Manu will be talking to them, my inputs come by making a suggestion on things we may need when he calls me.

I know time is very good when you have it more on your side to prepare for competition except for the reason of you just wanting to go and participate which I am not always interested in. I always want to compete, I love the word competing than participation.”
