U18, 21 Handball League: FCT Lose, Lagos, Kwara Win, As Matchday 6 Continue Today By Admin The national under 18 and 21 handball championship continued on Thursday at the Rowe Park Sports Center in Yaba, Lagos. At exactly 8am, Lagos under 21 male team defeated FCT 33-28 to top the the under 21 male group standings with 6 points. Kwara are also on 6 points but are second position behind Lagos on goal difference as they comfortably defeated Nasarawa 54-37. Bayelsa meanwhile, overwhelmed Future Pro with a 50-31 victory and now have 4 points same with FCT howbeit less on goal difference. In the under 21 female category, Kwara won their game with walkover over academy side Future Pro to consolidate their lead on the group standing with 6 points. Future Pro were walked over because they had less than the required number to start a match and the organisers handed Kwara 10-0 over the academy side. In the under 18 female category, Mind scope now lead the group after an emphatic 33-19 victory over Kogi which gives them 4 points, 2 above Lagos in the standing. Meanwhile, Lagos consolidated on their lead in the under 18 make category as they defeated Future Pro 34-29. Games continue today at 8am prompt.
