Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) has promised Nigeria Volleyball Federation of hosting another under age volleyball championship in 2021.
President, Nigeria Volleyball Federation, Eng Musa Nimrod declared after the final game of the U21 African Volleyball championship in Abuja.
According to the president, the African volleyball governing body was satisfied and impressed with the hosting hence, they promised Nigeria of another right.
Calling on cooperate bodies for partnership and sponsorship deals with the federation, he assured private companies of fruitful benefits from the deals.
"Due to how we organise the competition, the CAVB are impressed and said Nigeria should look forward to host another under age championship in 2021. We host this tournament without sponsor, so we appeal to cooperate bodies to come and support the federation as they are assured of bountiful benefits from the deals.
The federation president who spoke with www.bsnsports.com.ng pleaded that Nigerians should exercise patience with the federation as the team failed to play in the final of the tournament hoated by the nation, promised improvement and more successful outing in the game.
"We are sorry to Nigerians for our team not qualifying for the final of the competition, we apologise but we are growing in a gradual process."
