U23 AFCON qualifier: Nigeria, Libya get Kenya officials for crucial second leg Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Kenyan officials for the second leg match of the U23 African Nations Cup between Nigeria and Libya, BSNSports.com.ng can report. Anthony Ogwayo has being picked as centre referee with his compatriots Oliver Odhiambo and Tony Kidiya serving as Assistant Referee 1 and 2. The Nigeria team fell 2-0 to Libya in the first leg on Tuesday in Tunisia and will be hoping to bounce back strongly. Nigeria will need to score 3 unreply goals to progress to the next round of the qualifier. Former Olympic football champions is currently the champion of the U23 AFCON after winning the last edition. The match against Libya is scheduled for Stephen Keshi stadium in Asaba, Delta state on Monday.
