UCL: Lampard hails Osimhen

Following his outstanding performance since joining LOSC Lille in the French Ligue one, Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has joined millions of football lovers around the world to shower encomium on the Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen.

BSN Sports reports that the former Sporting Charleroi striker opened his goal account in the UEFA champions league on Wednesday in Lille 1-2 home loss to English Premier league side Chelsea.

Chelsea all time goalscorer hailed his heroic performance immediately after the match and also wish all the best in his career.

"Osimhen was very impressive, he made things difficult for our defenders, he is fast and solid. I wish him a great career," Lampard said.

Osimhen is presently the top scorer in the French Ligue one having scored 7 goals and his hoping to continue his scoring spree in the league this weekend.
