After his arrival, he paid a courtesy visit to Kogi state governor, Gov Yahaya Bello and will continue on the visit tour today as he visits the Federal Government of Nigeria. The Auchi-born fighter, otherwise known as 'the Nigerian Nightmare' was born May 11, 1987. A Nigerian-American professional mixed martial artist, former freestyle wrestler and graduated folkstyle wrestler who celebrated his birthday one month ago is currently competing in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he is the reigning UFC Welterweight Champion. Usman was also The Ultimate Fighter 21 tournament winner. As of March 23, 2021 he is Numbee 2 in the UFC men's pound-for-pound rankings.
