Ukraine friendly: Iheanacho, Ebuehi return to Eagles

Ahead of the proposed international friendly match between Nigeria's Super Eagles and Ukraine, the duo of Leicester city forward Kelechi Iheanacho and Benfica defender Tyrone Ebuehi has staged a return to the team.

BSN Sports reports that Iheanacho missed 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt due to poor form while Ebuehi missed out due to injury sustained with his club.

Apart from the duo, two new faces which includes Fortuna Dusserdolf goalkeeper Maduka Okoye and Chalton Athletic midfielder Joe Aribo also secured their first national team call up.

Notable missing include goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi, defender Shehu Abdullahi and midfielder John Obi.

The match is fixed for September 10th at Dnipro Arena, Ukraine.
