Europa League: Umar makes Team of the Week

Following the outstanding performance for Partizan Belgrade in the UEFA Europa League against Astana, former Dream Team VI striker Sadiq Umar has been named in the Team of the Week.

BSN reports that Umar joined Partizan last summer after having a forgettable experience with Scottish side Glasgow Rangers under former Liverpool player Steven Gerrard.

Umar fired a brace in the keenly contested encounter which gave Partizan a 2-0 win in the Europa League.

Umar is hoping to relaunch himself back to the national team reckoning after he last represent Nigeria at Rio 2016 Olympic in Brazil.

He was named alongside Arsenal's duo of Kieran Tierney and Martinell after the two players put up a superlative performance in their match.
