Umuoparalum FC emerges winners of Umualumaku unity cup tournament

A first half brace by star player Agwo Nwagwo of Umuoparalum FC secured the much needed 2-0 victory against Umuihim FC as they emerged as the winners of the yearly Umualumaku unity cup tournament donated and sponsored by the executive secretary of the Club owners Association of Nigeria Alloy Chukwuemeka for his community in Ehime Mbano local government of Imo state.

The highly explosive encounter was watched by football lovers from the community who trooped out enmasse to witness the epic soccer event which also featured dancing entertainment and awards of prizes.

The father of the day and traditional ruler of the community Eze C. Okoro Aku 1 expressed joy with the football fiesta and commended the donor for his contribution and love for his community and youths in the area.

Speaking at the event, the cup donor and sponsor Alloy Chukwuemeka who doubles as the Director of football at ABS FC Ilorin commended the youths for their commitment and discipline throughout the tournament even as he assured the community that the next edition would attract more partners and sponsors.

Dignitaries at the final including Rtd General Chukwu of Ehime Mbano utd FC, Coordinator of ABS FC Mallam Idris Abdulahi, prominent sons and daughters of the community, members of Imo state football Association, sports journalists and other football enthusiasts.
