USL Championship: Udoh Benched As Kwambe, Ayagwa Debut For FC Tulsa

Nigeria contingents to the United State second tier club FC Tulsa, Philip Ayagwa, Solomon Kwambe and Mfon Udoh began their sojourn as their club was in league action, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The trio joined Tulsa in the United State in January in continuation of the career and played series of warm up game for the club before coronavirus halted the league commencement then.

The league resumed on Monday and it was the turn of Tulsa in the early hours of Tuesday morning as they face OKC Energy.

Former Sunshine Stars of Akure defender Solomon Kwambe started the game and was substituted in the 90th minute for Maicon, while his compatriot Ayagwa was also introduced in the 90th minute for Eric Bird.

The third Nigeria, former Enyimba international attacker Mfon Udoh was not dress for the match.

The game ended in a 1-1 draw and a point was secure for Tulsa.
