Uzoho Signs 3-Year Deal With Apoel FC, Bid Deportivo Farewell

Recuperating Nigeria's Super Eagles goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho has joined Apoel FC of Cyprus on a 3 year deal from Deportivo La Coruna of Spain, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The two club reached an agreement on Friday after Uzoho has an amazing outing for the club during loan spell.
Uzoho joined Deportivo La Coruna in 2016 and made his La Liga debut in 2017/2018 in Deportivo 0-0 draw against SD Eibar.
The club announced his departure via its social media handle on Friday and wish him best of luck.
" The Real Club Deportivo wants to wish Francis the best of luck in this new professional project and thank him for his great work while defending the colors of Dépor in previous seasons," the club statements reads.
Meanwhile, Uzoho in his own part appreciates the club for helping him achieved his set objectives.
" I want to thank this great club for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a professional goalkeeper. Thank you and goodluck," he wrote.
Uzoho who was part of 2013 Nigeria's Golden Eaglets winning team made his full debut for Nigeria's Super Eagles on 14th of November, 2017 in an international friendly match against Argentina.
