The Club’s Vice Chairman, Bruno Tupere, in an interview with NAN, commended the team for the historic win, adding that the next project was for the team to play in the elite league.
“We are happy for this win and kudos to the team for a good show. We started a little bit shaky, but we are more determined to win this competition.
“Our next target is to play in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), then try and win the FA Cup to set a date in the International club competition,” he said.
Also, Tony Bolus, Head Coach of Vandrezzer FC and former Chief Coach of Lagos-based MFM FC, praised the team’s fighting spirit.
“We deserved to win this cup and the team should take credit for that. The team played well and are focused on their target to win today,” he said.
