Villarreal set to offer Chukwueze new deal

Following the contract extension offered to Pau Torres, Spanish La Liga side Villarreal is poised to offer Nigeria's Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze another improve deal.

Former Golden Eaglets star has been a revelations since he joined the Yellow Submarines having put up amazing performance in league and cup games.

Villareal in the course of the week opened discussions with Chukwueze representatives to wade off interest from other suitors from the big leagues.

2019 has been a good year to the winger, having put up a fantastic performance for Super Eagles at the African Cup of Nations in Egypt and a dream start to life in the La Liga.

Chukwueze who is expected in the Super Eagles camp for international friendly match against Brazil next week has netted twice for Villarreal this season in the league.
