Volleyball: Nigeria get opponents for the 2018 men’s U21 Nations Cup By Dare Kuti Nigeria male volleyball team has been drawn alongside Cameroon, Rwanda and Tunisia in the Group A of the 2018 men’s U21 Africa Nations Cup in Abuja. Eight countries divided into two preliminary pools will slug it out in Nigeria from 12th to 20th September, 2018. The draws of the championship was done in the presence of CAVB President Dr Amr Elwani and Control committee of the competition in Abuja. Defending champion, Egypt were drawn in Group B along with Chad, Egypt and Morocco. Chad will take on Morocco tomorrow (Wednesday) by noon, while host Nigeria face Cameroon by 3pm. Tunisia begins her campaign against Rwanda by 5pm and the defending champion meet Congo by 7pm. The African U21 Nations Cup serves as 2019 World Championship qualifiers where the top two African teams book their tickets to represent Africa in the FIVB U21 championship.
