According to the report, the team will embark on the training tour of Ghana, where they will play 3 international matches. The program lined up for the team suggests that they will face Ghana Army in the first match before playing Air Force in the second match. The third and last match will be against Elwark Wings after which they will return to the country. Nigeria women's team finished in 4th position in the just concluded African championship at the Kigali, Arena.
