By Niyi Busari The U20 national teams of Ghana and Burkina Faso are through to the final of the 2020 WAFU U20 Nations Cup in Benin Republic, BSNSports.com.ng reports. In the first semifinal on Tuesday, Ghana defeated Niger Republic 5-3 on penalties after a 0-0 at the regulation time. In the second semifinal, it was a smooth ride for group A runners up, Burkina Faso, scoring four past their semifinal opponent, the Junior Elephants of  Cote d'Ivoire who managed to score one to end the match 4-1.   The results means, the two losers, Niger Republic and Ivory Coast will play a Third Place match on 18th, December, 2020 at the Stade de Guale at 4:00 pm. Meanwhile, the final game between Ghana and Burning Faso is scheduled for 19th December, 2020 at the Stade de Guale. The champions of the tournament will have automatic qualification for the CAF U20 African Nations Cup in Mauritania scheduled to hold in 2021.
