WAFU Zone A Launch Women competition

West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone A announced the launching of Women competition, BSNSports.com.ng.

The ongoing 2019 Men WAFU competition will come to a halt on Sunday with Ghana playing against host Senegal in Thies.

The Organiser held its Extra Ordinary General Assembly on Saturday in Dakar, Senegal and make some vital resolutions on the development of the game around the sub-region.

The maiden the edition of the women competition will take place in December Sierra Leone from 13th to 22nd with nine countries taking part.

The nine countries that will participate includes, Mauritania, Mali, Senegal, Cape Verde, Liberia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea and host Seirra Leone, the cities of Bo and Makeni will host the matches.
