Newly appointed Nigeria's Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum has held a meeting with the members of Nigeria's Super Falcons ahead of his resumption with the team, BSNSports.com.ng reports .
The American coach was appointed few weeks back after the team has been without a head coach for over a long period of time.
Thomas Dennerby left the team after FIFA world cup in France in 2019 and Coach Christopher Danjuma was appointed for the Olympic qualifiers against Coted'ivoire which the country eventually crashed out.
Waldrum reacted about the meeting through his social media handle and hope to resume training with the team soon.
" Had a great time meeting the players a few weeks ago! Can't wait to get started with them! #SuperFalcons ," he tweeted.
Falcons who is presently the Africa champion are expected back in action by 2021.
