  Waldrum Invites 23 players For Antalya Tournament By Sampson Adedeji Ahead of Turkish invitational tournament in Antalya, newly appointed Nigeria's Super Falcons coach Randy Waldrum has invited 23 players for the competition, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The American coach was appointed in 2020 to replace Chris Danjuma who took over the team temporarily after the departure of Thomas Dennerby. After the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Nigeria Football Federation, the football body announced that Nigeria senior women's football team will return to action in 2021 after their inactivity in 2020. Waldrum on Thursday afternoon listed Spanish based stars : Asisat Oshoala, Rasheedat Ajibade, Tochukwu Oluehi and 20 others that will prosecute the 10 days Tournament. Ukraine, Serbia, India, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan and Equatorial Guinea are among teams confirmed so far for the 10-day tourney, though Tokyo Olympics-bound Zambia have pulled out for undisclosed reasons. The tournament has been scheduled to hold between February 15th to 25th 2021.
