By Sampson Adedeji
After so much delay due to outbreak of Coronavirus, newly appointed Nigeria's Super Falcons coach, Randy Waldrum has finally signed his contract papers with Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF), BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Agreement to coach the 9-time Africa champions was reached in 2020 but it was not formally completed due to the outbreak of Covid-19 around the world.
Super Falcons will take part in the invitational tournament slated for Antalya in Turkey and that will be the first time Waldrum will be preparing the players for a match.
The Nigeria soccer governing body took advantage of the opportunity and the agreement was signed at the team Emir Hotel in a short and simple ceremony.
In attendance for the ceremony were NFF Secretary General Mohammed Sanusi, head of Technical Department Austin Eguavoen and Ayo Omidiran.
Nigeria will commence its campaign in the tournament on Thursday morning against CSKA Moscow.
