Sunday has shifted attention to Lagos trials slated for Teslim Balogun Stadium this Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng can reports. Some athletes at the National trial missed the opportunity to secure their passage to the ancient games but the minister believed Thursday is another opportunity for them to cross the hurdle. While speaking on Sunday the minister said they have 3 options for athletes to qualify and for the ones that missed out at National trial, they should be able to qualify with the help of everyone including their coaches who be working on them ahead of the day. "You see how quickly we have followed that up, we have option A which is the national trials, we have option B which is the MIC and option C which is the Lagos trials at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos. "Haven't see the result here, we move quickly to confirm the one that will take at Teslim Balogun Stadium on Thursday and I'm hopeful because this athletes would have had about 3 and half days to rest, the coaches are here they will work with them." "On Thursday I'm quite hopeful that we will qualify for the couple of relays, going by the results here today 1, 2 seconds really close they know that, their energy is great on Thursday we will have a good story," he stated.
