Flying Eagles head coach, Paul Aigbogun has said that the players and officials were not Nike outfits because they have just resumed camping on Monday, BSN Sports reports.
Aigbogun said we should not expect the players to appear in Nike kits just two days after their arrival from different destinations.
"We just resume back to training and we don't expect them to appear in Nike kits after just two days. In fact, some of them arrived today. Soon, the kits will be available for them to wear."
Aigbogun who believed some of the players must have lost form due to non competitive matches stated that the coaching crews are working on the fitness and technicality of players aimed at bringing them back to the top shape.
"You know the league is on holiday, so we will be working on their (players) fitness and technicality so that they get back to shape."
Flying Eagles were drawn in Group B alongside perennial rivals Ghana, Niger and Benin Republic in WAFU B U20 Competition.
The seven times WAFU B U20 champions will participate in the tourney slated for Lome, Togo which is billed to commence on December 6.
