He said he is excited to see very promising players in the country and believe that with that development the Nigerian senior national team will never lack quality players to replace the ageing ones. Speaking with www.bsnsports.com.ng, the El-Kanemi warriors coach said: "I am excited tonight (Tuesday) to see very promising players in the country and i believe that with these players graduating to the senior national team, we will never lack quality players to replace the ageing ones. And going forward with what these players showed on Tuesday in the friendly match against Atletico Madrid, i think tje future is bright for the Nigerian senior national team." Speaking about the understanding and show of quality coaching prowess between him and the Salisu Yusuf, the former Rangers International of Enugu believed that it is destiny that brought the two of them together right from their spell at Enyimba FC few years ago as well as having an eye for good talented and quality players.
