The LMC yet to receive a correct report on the incident at Kastina.

The League Management Company(LMC) have been conducting their investigations, trying to find out from relevant authorities about the unpleasant incident that occurred between Katsina United and Kano Pillars on match day 15 of the NPFL in a particular city of Kastina, where the match was played. "We are still awaiting the on-the- spot report from relevant authorities on the breach of public order in Katsina City said to be associated with rival fans of Katsina United and Kano Pillars."

The LMC expects this reports to help in the identification of the culprits, and also about the current state of the injured people in bid to Know how to effectively deal with the situation and come up with strategies to ensure club rivalry between the two ends.

It must be noted that various reports from the incidents as of now are not in concordance with each other, making it difficult to arrive at a point as regards the situation. The LMC is expecting that the Police report would be necessary to help against the various conflicting reports coming their way and to get a proper bearing of the case.

Also, the LMC is also reviewing various reports on Social Media by both clubs after the game displaying shameful acts and also bringing shame to the Nigerian football.
