Wikki Tourists Reject Reappointment of Former Secretary

The Management Board of Wikki Tourists FC has rejected the posting of its former Secretary Saad Muhammed Chadi back to the team after his suspension was lifted, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

In a letter addressed to the Director of Sports, Bauchi State Sports Council containing the Management's decision reveals that they were not formally contacted before the decision to bring back the former Secretary was taken.

It therefore confirmed Adamu Idris Pali who has been on Acting capacity as the new substantive Secretary of the Club.

The later stated that his appointment was based Merit and in recognition of his selfless service to the Club.

Wikki Tourists FC before the Nigeria Professional Football League went on break were 15th on the log with 31 points from 25 matches.

The NPFL was suspended on 18th March 2020 following the Covid-19 pandemic ravaging the whole world.
