Wilfred Ndidi Reacts to Leicester City Exit Rumour

By Admin Wilfred Ndidi has insisted that he has no plans to leave Leicester City anytime soon. The Nigerian has established himself as one the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League since his move of £15m from Genk last January. Did You Know? The 21-year-old was also on fire at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, his 15 tackles were the most by any player in the group stages while Ndidi is still the joint-second in the overall list, despite Nigeria being knocked out of the tournament after three matches. Ndidi was linked with a move to Liverpool in January with reports this summer claim Arsenal are also interested, but the Midfielder has insisted he is happy at Leicester. "A transfer has never been on my mind," Ndidi has been quoted as saying during the World Cup. "I feel very good at Leicester.” The Telegraph report that Leicester are now set to reward Ndidi with a new contract deal. Ndidi made over 38 appearances for Leicester in the Premier League last season.
