Women's Afrobasket: D'Tigeress In Group B By Sampson Adedeji The FIBA Africa has concluded the draws for the 2021 Women's Afrobasketball and Nigeria among the twelve qualified teams, BSNSports.com.ng can reports. Earlier in the year Palais Polyvalent des Sports in Yaounde, in Cameroon was announced as the host city for the competition. And according to FIBA, host country Cameroon, and those who reached the last four of the competition two years ago, including Nigeria, the defending Champions, Senegal, first runners up, Mali (3rd) and Mozambique (4th). The draw conducted on Saturday placed Nigeria's D'Tigress in group B alongside Mozambique and Zone 6. Group A consists of Cameroon, Cape Verde and Kenya, teams in group C are Senegal, Egypt and Gabon while group involve Mali, Ivory coast and Wild Card. The competition will take place from September 17 to 26, 2021.
