  World Club Cup: FIFA Names UAE As Host Sampson Adedeji World soccer governing body, FIFA, has announced the United Arab Emirates( UAE) as the new host of the World club cup, BSNsports.com.ng can report. Japan was initially picked as the host of the competition before they pulled out due to new coronavirus variants. Despite hosting Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics Games, the Asia country still believed the country is not ready to stage the event. FIFA on Sunday evening announced UAE as the new host despite South Africa showing strong interest in staging the competition. Club football champions across the continent will partake in the tournament fixed for December.
