World Cup Playoffs: Nigeria To Know Opponent In January 2022

Confederation of African Football( CAF) has announced a new date for the playoff round of the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifier, BSNsports.com.ng can report.

Ten countries including Nigeria's Super Eagles are among the qualifier for playoff rounds after a rigorous group match.

The initial date for the draw was fixed for November 26th but the football body last week signalled that there might be slight changes in the arrangement.

At its Extraordinary Assembly currently going in Egypt, the football body has decided to shift the draw date to January 22-26, 2022.

Five qualified countries will represent the continent in the competition slated for later in the year.
