Zidane Interested In Becoming Next Chelsea Manager
By Admin
Former Real Madrid manager and three time consecutive Champions League winning coach with the European superhouse, Zinedine Zidane, is interested in becoming Chelsea’s manager.
This is coming in the wake of increasing pressure on current blues manager, Mauricio Sarri, who in recent weeks has seen his team dropped form and as a result are two places down to 6th position on the log.
Last time out in the league, they lost 6 - 0 to Manchester City, in a disappointing outing, and that has brought suggestions that the manager's time at the club might be coming to an end. Instant reports and gossips has linked Zidane to the job, and he has stated his interest in taking over only on the condition that the club can give him certain assurances.
The Frenchman stated, he would need the Blues to guarantee that star man Eden Hazard, would not be sold, a transfer kitty in the region of £200m to improve the squad would be made available and he will have a major say in players’ recruitment.
The 46-year-old has been out of job, since he walked away from Madrid last year, after winning a third consecutive Champions League title.
